Ghost (gōst)
- The soul of a deceased human, usually witnessed as a translucent, shadowy or evanescent form that wanders among or haunts living persons.

Characteristics
- A deceased human with human emotions and human interaction.
- Can be seen as a full apparition or as a semitransparent figure.
- May appear to float or walk upright as means of movement.
- Described as having a repeat in a scheduled or a sporadic occurrence of actions.
- Significant drop in area temperature when presence is witnessed.
- Verbal and physical interaction with the living and objects are possible but rare.
- May generate a certain scent or odor as a form of communication.
- Spikes in electromagnetic fields are significant when activity is current.
- Clothing matches the time period approximate to previous time of death.
- Believed to contain a bright glow which surrounds the entire body.

Habitat
- Known to haunt castles, homes, places of business and abandoned buildings.
- Seen in and around battlefields, cemeteries and city parks.
- Witnessed throughout the world, temperature and climate a non-factor.
- Reports of high activity are more frequent within larger populated areas.

Diet
- Consumes surrounding electrical fields for possible communication with the living.
